INFORMATION ABOUT THE INTERNET SHOP PSB.LV

1.1. PRICES

All prices for goods in the INTERNET SHOP show euros with value added tax. The cost of delivery of goods to the BUYER is not included in the price of the item.

1.2. LANGUAGES

INTERNET SHOP BUYERS have the opportunity to place an order and enter into a distance contract in Latvian or English.

1.3. ORDER FORMAT

The BUYER has the opportunity to purchase any selected item in the INTERNET SHOP by ordering it on the Internet (psb.lv) or by phone (+371 27 535 412) or by e-mail (shop@psb.lv). In order to place an order on INTERNET, the BUYER needs to sign up (to order orders on the Internet can only registered users). Procedure for ordering the order on the Internet: 

1.3.1. FIRST ORDER

1. Choose the product you are interested in, get a look at the product description and, if you are satisfied with the selected product, click on the button "Buy";
2. You see the item in the shopping cart. You have the following options:
   • edit quantity Enter the required number in the "Lots" field;
   • erase the incorrectly entered item from the "shopping cart". Click on the "cross" to the left of the image of the item;
   • return to product selection. Click on "Continue Shopping";
   • order your chosen product (s). Click "Make Purchase".
3. You need to sign up. Press "Register". When filling in the registration form (with *, marked fields are mandatory), press "Continue" ;;
4. Choose the type of delivery you need. If you have chosen, press "Continue";
5. Choose a payment method. If you have chosen, press "Continue";
6. Your order review and approval. You see the full details of your order: the name (s) of the item (s), the quantity, the price without value added tax, a separate tax, the delivery price of the goods. The "Total Payment" column shows the exact amount of your order.
7. Before you make a purchase, you have the opportunity to write a short comment on the order (the "Comment" area). To order your selected product (s), click on "Confirm Purchase".
8. Congratulations! You have made your first order and at the same time you have become a registered user of INTERNET SHOP.The letter confirming your registration and order is sent to the e-mail address indicated at your registration.

1.3.2. FOREIGNER USER

• You need to login to complete the order. Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner of the screen;
• enter the login, password and press "Join";
• follow steps 1.3.1, 1.2, 4, 5 and 6 below; instructions;
• Thank you for your purchase!

1.4. CONDITIONS OF STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED

The SELLER does not keep the concluded contracts for the goods purchased at INTERNET SHOP
